To visit Kamakura from outside the prefecture or city, use the JR Shonan Shinjuku Line or Yokosuka Line. It takes about an hour from Tokyo. Get off at Kita-Kamakura Station, where Engakuji Temple and Kenchoji Temple are located, or at the main Kamakura Station, and enjoy sightseeing in Kamakura.
