A pottery experience class in a small old house located at the back of the approach to Jochiji Temple. We hold half-day pottery making experience classes that even beginners can enjoy, as well as full-scale pottery workshops taught by a diverse team of instructors. In addition, the wood-fired pottery kiln is fired several times a year, and you can even participate in the kiln firing.
Located just an hour and a half from central Tokyo in Kamakura, where you can enjoy the natural valley scenery, why not try making your own one-of-a-kind pottery at Takara no Kama, a traditional wood-fired pottery kiln and a small pottery studio?
