Kamakura City Kaburaki Kiyokata Memorial Museum

This museum is built on the former home of Kaburagi Kiyokata, a master of modern Japanese painting. The lattice door gate at the entrance and the art studio inside the museum have been restored using the same materials as in his former home, conveying the atmosphere of his former home. In addition, eight exhibitions are held each year, with a variety of works on display throughout the year. Please take your time to appreciate the art while remembering Kiyokata’s past.

Fees	Adults: 300 yen (150 yen) Elementary and junior high school students: 150 yen (100 yen) Prices in parentheses are for groups of 20 or more Special exhibitions have different admission fees. *Free admission for people who live or study in Kamakura City (elementary or junior high school), or those who have been issued a disability certificate or similar, along with one accompanying person. Please present identification (driver’s license, student ID, etc.) at the reception desk.
