Why not leave your bulky luggage behind and enjoy sightseeing in Kamakura empty-handed in comfort?

There are a limited number of coin lockers around Kamakura Station, and many tourists have trouble storing their luggage. At the Kamakura City Tourist Association office, located right outside the west exit of Kamakura Station, we can store large suitcases and backpacks, as well as umbrellas, coats, souvenirs, and other items that can be a nuisance when sightseeing. After enjoying sightseeing in Kamakura, all you have to do is pick it up in front of the station. No reservations are required, so please feel free to use our service!  

• Address 4th floor, Enoden Building, 1-12 Onarimachi, Kamakura City (Kamakura City Tourism Association Office)
• Hours 9:00am to 5:00pm *If you pick up your luggage after 5:00 PM, an additional fee will be charged. *The office closes at 5:15 PM, you will need to pick up your luggage the next day.
• ​Fees 1）300 yen per piece *Luggage with any side not exceeding 40cm in length and total of three sides less than 110cm. 2）600 yen per piece *Luggage with total of three sides between 110cm and 180cm. 3）800 yen per piece *Luggage with total of three sides over 180cm.
• Attention *The size of the luggage includes accessories (handles, pockets, casters, etc.). *We will store one umbrella per piece of luggage free of charge (an umbrella alone is 300 yen). *Multiple small pieces of luggage will be stored in a bag provided by the association for 600 yen.
